I've learned that an occasional brush with mortality is therapeutic for my soul. It isn't pleasant neither comfortable but nonetheless, necessary.

Food for the soul

I've learnt that, amidst the busyness of raising three little children, if I can make time to eat a meal, I ought to be able to do the same to read the Word of God too. It is, after all, food for my soul.
